This HP printer accessory is specifically designed to convert the 7-Bin Table-Top Mailbox from a "table-top" device into a "floor-standing" unit similar to 8-bin mail box. There may be many other creative uses for it, too!

Like other HP floor standing accessories (see below), this unit has nice wheels for mobility of the entire accessorized printer. The really cool thing about this accessory is the built is ball-bearing slides in it's top. These slides allow the mailbox to be effortlessly slid away from the printer to allow quick easy clearing of the inevitable occasional paper jam. This heavy-duty steel stand is so well made it ought to sell for a lot more money than it does!

The 7-bin version mailbox (C4783A), shown right, on stand, is designed to sit beside the printer on a table top. However, many users prefer to have the printer be a free-standing unit on the floor instead. To use the 7-bin mailbox with a printer in a free-standing configuration, you need this special 7-bin mailbox stand to lift the mailbox to the right height beside the printer.

To turn the printer itself into a free-standing unit, we offer three optional HP paper handling accessories. These are: the paper and toner supply cabinet (C2975A), the 2000 sheet feeder (C4781A), and the 2x500 sheet feeder (C4780A).
